How much does shipping cost?
We offer all customers free Domestic and International Shipping with tracking. No shipping cost & no sales tax - we want your experience to be simple and efficient - just the way we like it.
We processes orders between Monday and Friday. This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and then shipped the next day after the processing day.
You shall receive an email from us with the tracking numbers as soon as your order is shipped.
Once shipped, most of our deliveries happen within 5-7 business days, depending on where you are located. We encourage you to provide your phone number at the checkout page so that our shipping carriers can reach out to you to coordinate the delivery, if needed.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

When returning a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for all costs relating to shipping the products back to ClinicRed. Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories or the shipment will be refused by the warehouse . A refund will be issued after the product is received and inspected by ClinicRed for damage or missing accessories. Refunds are processed back to the payment method used in the original order.
